We strive to offer you optimum customer service and impeccable product quality. Our heating oil meets the strictest standards to ensure efficient combustion and optimum performance from your heating system.
From order to delivery
Orders are taken Monday to Friday from 7am to 5.30pm by telephone on 04 257 41 04 or via the order form.
The advertised price is the price on the day the order is placed.
The customer must be present at the time of delivery. If the tank is accessible from the outside, no presence will be required during deliveries. The installation must be equipped with an overflow prevention system (whistle or electronic).
Payment
All deliveries are payable either on the day of delivery or in advance.
There are 5 payment methods:
- cash
- by debit or credit card, with the driver equipped with a mobile terminal
- by bank transfer in advance; in this case, delivery will take place as soon as your payment is received
- full domiciliation
- by instalment payment contract

In practice
On the 1st order, delivery will be paid to the driver (cash/debit/credit cards).
You will receive a monthly direct debit authorisation request.
Your monthly payment will be calculated as follows:
(estimated annual consumption x daily price)/12.
The effective date of the 1st direct debit will be the month following the month in which the mandate is signed, between 1 and 7.
Each subsequent delivery will be covered by the advance payments provided that 50% of the amount of the order is provisioned.
If several instalments have been paid but the total does not reach 50% of the amount of the order, you will have to pay the amount missing from the 50%.
Every year in April:
• The calculation of the monthly payment will be adjusted according to actual consumption in the previous year.
• If the balance is in your favour, it will be refunded in full or in part, depending on your agreement.
• If the balance is in our favour, it will be deducted from your account.

The Fuel Oil Fund
This fund helps pay part of the fuel bills of people in precarious financial situations. The Social Heating Fund is a collaboration between the public authorities, the CPASs and the oil industry. The fund is fed by a solidarity contribution levied on all petroleum heating products (heating oil and propane gas in yrac).
